Getting Started

How do I create a Germicidal Maids account?

After booking, you will be prompted to create an account. Once your account has been created you can schedule or cancel your booking at any time.

Do you service my area?

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning is as follows:

All rooms: Take out the trash, dust, wipe down all surfaces, vacuum, disinfect commonly touched areas, and mop

Bedrooms: Fold Clothes, make beds

Bathrooms: Scrub and sanitize the toilets, sink, and bath, clean mirror, neatly fold all towels

Kitchen: Wipe down all appliances, wash and put away all dishes, clean the inside of the microwave

How much will it cost?

Each home is different, click on our booking form to to see how much your cleaning would cost.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We do provide all of the equipment and supplies necessary to clean your home, but if you would like us to use your supplies we would be happy to accommodate.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes, if you would like extras we are happy to accommodate. At checkout, you can select from available extras such as cleaning out the fridge, or oven.

How do I log into my account?

Click login at the bottom or top of any page on this website.

How do I change my password?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I reset my password?

After clicking on the sign-in link, click forgot password, enter your email, then follow the instructions sent to your account.

How do I change my address?

Log into your Germicidal Maids account, click make changes, scroll down to click address, update with your new address and save.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your Germicidal Maids account, click make changes, scroll down to credit card info, update your credit card and push save.

How do I book my first appointment?

Click book now at the top of the page, select a date and time that works for you, and enjoy 🙂

Pricing & Policies

How soon can I get my home cleaned?

You only need to book a day in advance and we can be at your home according to your availability. Check the scheduler on the booking form to pick a day that works for you.

Where can I find discount codes?

Discount codes are periodically posted on our Instagram @germicidalmaids, our twitter also @germicidalmaids, and our newsletter. Make sure to follow us and subscribe so that you do not miss out on great discounts!

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

What is the cancelation policy?

When you sign up for a cleaning with Germicidal Maids, we reserve a spot for you in our schedule. When a booking gets canceled we lose the time we would have spent cleaning other houses, so we charge a $20 cancelation fee for same-day cancelations. We do not charge fees for cancelations at least a day in advance.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes. All of our cleaning professionals are background checked, insured, bonded, and go through rigorous training before hiring.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes. Germicidal Maids will never share your information with anybody. We encrypted our site with SSL security to ensure that your information is protected.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, to ensure the safety of your home we make all of our cleaners go through a background check before going on the job.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you are unsatisfied with our service we will come back and make things right. If you are still not satisfied enough to refer us to your friends and family we give you 100% of your money back.
